New Job

Finally, get a new job. The paid not that good but it can minimise maintain back my life in normal. Start working few days, find a very odd environment has been arised in these industry. Last time, every one of junior must have strong basic of knowledge on such industry. But current market created those graudute no basic at all. How is the study environment they had it in the University. What is the lecturer guidance them? I really do not know.

Maybe the rapid changes environment requirement, it was indirectly compulsory them deliver fast and quick product to meet the market. Working people should aware that they should do the right job on such position. Not only obtain the beautiful title and high salary doing the lower ground job. So, that were created some jobs no people can work, and some jobs over supply.

The superior should well know the staff talent and allocate the suitable job for right person. Otherwise it would created inbalance system and evetually affected the organisation running smooth and well.

First day when I meet the junior and inform him should excuted some job before the date line. He was told him that is no his responsible plus tell him those assignment must completed by me.
Friendly speaking, that was made me angry. Means that he trying to allocate the assignment to him by his opinion. Further tell him, director never ask him to do such job. So, that is hot his responsible on that.

The entire department under my supervision but junior told me those jobs should completed by me. Further guide me I cannot assign him any jobs. So, finally when I asked him those jobs which one he can produce to me, That answeris , that is non one of those jobs he had experienced.

These attitude was make me understood, he coming here to enjoy the high title to upgrade the status but actually he did not know that is a basic of his position. Furthermore, he had claimed that typing work and data entry work enough to help me gain him to well know these industry. So, what can I say?

Obviously, no one happy stay one professional in his whole life. But as long as you use it as working instrument. At lease you should able to provide some basic things for company/employer. Assignment of job by head of department duty. Normally when I noted his earn so high pay, the task allocate should be more quality than others. Otherwise he can not show any good example to junior and also misuse company resources to employ a new and more quality staff.

I am always believed, guide junior earn more skills and help them growing up as strong as you. Finally the superior can earn more than loss. Because a wiser junior can direct you a new vision and new solution on the same problem. Please do not scare about youngest people replace you. That is not a good theory in life. So, open yours mind to teach and let them go back to same direction with you.

Talking about KLCE, those stocks registered high in year 2010. Are they can continue in 2011 perform as good as 2010. But base on my experience, the rollere coaster theory may arise in KLCE. Down about 300 points and up about 300 points from 1500. That is a big difference and so, the timing of in and out is very important.

Honest and disappointed

Plus's minority shareholder had set a double attitude on one same issue. If Plus increase the toll charges, they are angry. When some one offer better price to take offer the company, They are tell us, it should not sell it because that company every year given out the good dividend.Or that is too low on offer price because toll charges going to increase after the fifth year.

In Malaysia we can see so many of selfish people like that. They can earn happily although or actually kill someone bone or blood. Due to such attitude from them, corruption had happen in our surrounding almost 50 years. Just because of unfair agreement signed by government, entire population in the country must carry the burden more than 50 years. Like IPP project, we must pay unlimited money to satisfy the shareholders. Let us calculate the shareholders in the said companies. Maybe are about 300,ooo only. Compared with our population, they are 28 million. Because of 300,000 people , one year ours must bear about 29.7 billion. So, please ask yourself if you are the said company shareholders, how much dividend your are gaining on that investment?

Be a fair population in these country, your are helping poor people to take back their hard earn money from government. So, honestly ask yourself, are you feel disappointed on misuse of resources in the country?

Hence, scarify a little bit of 60 cents and allow us to see better way to get back population assets better than your are being any donation. Please do not think to earn few cents and eventually allow yours second generation suffer forever. Viewing better life environment in the future can save multi 60 cents rather than now your just can earn about extra 60 cents.

So, if I am minority shareholder in the said companies, (IPP or PLUS). I will demand an agenda to reject both offer and maybe request government or EPF take over the full exercise of acquisition. Refuse any public company or private equity offer. That is the right to help everyone enjoy the benefit.

Honestly, stock can only use for speculating. If holding long term, sometime the behind issue on the company may really sadness. Of course, business world should not attach any emotional. In my opinion, we earn money must feel happy. So, selection is actually control by you. Why you always refuse it?

Benefit & Interests

Who want to be 2nd class in the company? I am believe everyone wants to be head. Recently I had an interview and noted that someone started took leave after the new recruitment been advertise.

Is it good for corporation? Are you agree that it could help you gain some benefit by way of on-strike?

When one company start growing up, management requires the volume and quality of job must be in proper. Otherwise, they will feel loss control. So, as a quality staffs we should support the new recruitment to assist company continue growth to meet the market requirement.

If system remain unchanged on new expanding. The existing system be encumbrance. So, staffs feel tired and boring. The incentive awarded to specific person/individual become intransparency. Management can not know what is the right decision on daily operation.

The right person should recruit in and existing staffs should learn absorb the new idea. In KLSE, a lot of company still applying old idea with their business. So, HR Department simply reject quality person with own interest. The top management fear to meet new business and do not have any new ideas to grab more business.

So, finally just wait at there to meet the crisis arrival. Scary to compare because of bad quality of skill. Worry the recruitment because of new staff gain better salary. So, covered up all infomartion to care about own interests.

In town

Whole day travelled in town. Along the travelling see a lot of changes. After my surgeon operation, today was me stepped my foot in KL. Although my injured part on my brain. But I am lucky enough recovered very fast.

The new development of housing and new development of infrastructure full string along the road. Maybe if I am still staying at home, one day i will miss the direction. In year 2010, some good news bring our shares market index shut to new high. I can say that I was missed the boat. Because my prediction on KLCI is negative and good for short selling on future index year. So, If I am a fund manager i will lose heavily on that.

I was predict correct on Gold price can hit up to 1300 but wrongly predict on KLSE index. QE2 policy in federal reserve of USA give me a shock and so make me wrong prediction on future index.

Honestly I am not 100% wrong because after I was noted some cash flow were jumped into ASEAN Countries. I did recommended bought in properties sector shares. So, the losses can be recovered.

What is yours planning in next year? Are you ready a big funds to jump into the super bull market in Malaysia. The volatile of shares price excited and will me can't sleep proper in year of 2011.

In centre of town make me felt tasteless, because hot weather bring me uncomfortable. Maybe too long period never step into capital market or maybe last 8 months I living as Communist style. So, if today I wanna to buy a share. Which counter I should buy? TMC or MRCB????? Let me study first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where are you staying?

In town centre, or village? Everyone need a bed and space for relaxing after the hard working day. Normally we are separating the our working place with relaxing place. So, we must have a rest place after the office hours.

A lot of people come from difference town need to rent a room or house. After they have saving enough money, they will buy a house. A developer use this trend to build up the house to sell. Some others use this as excuse to speculating as high class investment. Despite Government trying hard to impose some regulation to provide some place for poor people. But in our associate already indirectly classified someone is high class or some group is low class.

Perhap everyone prefer be a high class people. but I am believe their life is tough and lose direction. The basic need turn to luxury and bind themself as an animal to work hard on that. In the 20 century, the western countries purpose as welfare countries to allow people enjoying their life after retirement but there are suffering in this century. After a decade, old people take over the suffer from someone. Who created such fault and let them suffer?

Remember our old generation always told us. Our grand grand father plants a tree, next generation enjoy the fruits. Is that a correct economic theory? This theory always make me confuse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A poor father and a rich yougest. That is a trend. As as today we still beleive it. Now, can we change it ?????

Soon we can see a group of youngest can't staying in KL centre, they are trying move back to hometown to stay. A faster inflation force them back and the war will start between the brother s and sisters. They are fighting be nominated in his/her father's will. Are you may become one of them?

High Income

High income should not means you are earning high salary and believe it that is rich. In my mind, high income should be able to classify that you can receive any amount but can enjoy low cost on yours daily expenses. Like Hong Kong, you must pay 4 to 5k to rent a room and the ordinary worker just received about 8k monthly salary, that is meaningless.

High income means you necessary daily requirement represented on your monthly salary lower than 20%. The balance of it can use to improve your current life style. Most of people use the extra income to buy luxury item for enjoyment. But if you can use it as investment to improve you income, that we can say one day you may rich.

Just read an article said, if you buy a car as own use. That is liabilities not asset. I do agree that because car must paying road tax, maintenance, toll and petrol. It become another instrument help you and me spend money. It is not a asset.

So, I wish at here one day if my monthly salary touch 10k, hopefully the teh tarik not like HK sell at 15 per cup.

A dream be high income people attach with high expenses. environment . Finally you are getting zero. You retirement date is null. Similar like if one day index break 2,000 points, your holding in hand shares still worth about 2.00 as at points of 1200. So, do you happy on that.

So, high income should established by every population must believe effort, innovation, fair, contribution and hard working. If someone still waiting Grandfather distribution of assets or a partial people still believe the assets still belonging to them. The high income of population just a dream or one day, you can see in our city full of high rise building but the neighbour is grouping by poor association society. Inbalance extremely so it does not bring everyone happy.

vise China was created the bubble very fast if one day burst, the speculating money cost about 1,000 billion USD will run to Asean country. The money must place some where. I just wonder the Asean can absorb how many percent on that. If Malaysia market can absorb one percent. It is represent about 100 billion USD.

The stocks market can up about 800 points. Properties market up about 50%. Actually those funds has been plan something. Because in year 97 and 98, the same crisis was happen in Asean, now is china.

Most of the people tell us a lot of business man invest in China. Actually they are not invest, they are utilised some resources at there, especially the manpower/labour cost. They destruct the market in progressive way, they push the normal market price into jumping step. From step by step push to run by run or grabbing style.

The strong economic should create by government. It should be from ground to high. If government interfere that, the result is rich become riches. Poor become worst. But usually government only listen the rich man comment and advise. So, the rich man follow his own agenda to maximum their profit instead of take care of lower ground people. The fundamental does not change, the difference of amount on spending and salary can create a big hole and distance. Finally demand of necessity things become difficult. So, if the government want to help people, it should assist ordinary population stand on cement ground. That is no bubble and can be last long of stable.

Style

Investment shares must have some skill to do it. So, do you want to copy someone skill as guidance. A lot of investment theory books hot sale in the book shop. Hence, the published and the writer earn a lot of money from that. So, before you earn any money from market, they have been rich.

Refer back all riches man in the world, they do not want to copy from others. They had created, new idea of trading and make a new things for sell, they also develop own way of trading. At last, they are succeed.

So, if you have mixed up the few master's theory and create a new style of investment. In future you may become a riches man. If you had copy someone skill or only listen from analyst report ,the best result is only can survive with normal. Because good things already using for their own and you are only can receiving the secondary information. Of course, copy means minimise the risk but all conditions must be 100% same as creator. If one of condition does not same, you may lose everything.

Examp;e like, you must invest the same amount of money and same stock as creator. You must always update the some information as him. You behavior and character must be same as him.

Why?

Why people rejected my job application? People commented the interviewer too choosy. But in my opinion, they maybe did a good decision although my application does not success.

If I sit the position of them I would not select a person who carry the sickness can join into the company. Because I hold a responsibility to company, that is pay the amount to get a good condition thing. I am not a boss and the salary is not paying by me. So, I must ensure the new employee should capable to work.

I am a person who just taking a surgeon operation on brain. So, not one can guarantee the side effects do not happen on my body in the short period of time. So, I am not angry at all for the failure of interview. Because I am not even can give more evident to proof myself in the good condition to work. As well as doctor also can't give me any report to proof I will not have any bad effect on my body because my injury part is a main operating system of the body. Hence, i personally must continues suffering on that.

Malaysia legal system will kill everyone suffering on accident. The procedure of claiming of insurance must go through a lot of procedure. If both parties do not agree the settlement amount, the legal action at least must take 3 years or maybe more.

Law does not set time limit for final judgement as well as also do not limit the attendant times for every case on each party . So, lawyer playing on delay activities to help someone and on the same time allow the defaulter enjoy the happiness. On the others hand, victim must suffer on paying extra money to pay the higher lawyer fees.

My own idea is, Parliament people should table a new law to cover such loophole to prevent the serious case/criminal case delay by unnecessary delay and faster obtain the final decision from the court.

If our law have provide such efficiency, our ETP or NEM can be success in short period of time. No one wasting time to attend the court and foreign investors dare to through money to invest at here.

I believe that time market index can shut up to 5000. That is not a bullshit because transfer the money in and out from Malaysia will faster 3 times than now. Confident build up because of investment of everyone is protected. Foreigner and nation will trust law can help them recover back the money from any illegal way.

Do you Like North Korea's Bomb SK

Investors worries about NK's Bomb. But that is your opportunity to pick cheap share. North Korea is not a big issue. The big problem is USA involved into these war.

Of course China and Russia not allow USA involve into the war between NK and SK. Because it will automatic open a door to their enemy easy planning set a army force stage nearby their country.

Shares investors worry this and worry that may cause you loss some golden opportunity. In my view, those bad news was published into media all is not a problem. Crisis cannot be detected in advance. It will suddenly appear and no one will noted it was accumulating. So, those news is someone purposely created to monopoly.

I am a sick man now, so can't give anyone tips but aware someone fears about the war. Just positive accept it and dream it that is your chance to create a new life. Something new maybe is arriving and maybe better than current situation. So don't give up..............

Properties Sector

Most of the counters in properties sector now facing the impact of merging.If the owner never select own company to merge, it can be faced someone eat it by way of general offer. It is same as previous time happen on finance sector. The listed of properties counter may reduce a lot and left few strong companies monopoly the properties market.

This is the trend because cost of land increase substantially and cost of development is increasing. No one can stop it. Bank Negara has a certain right to slow down but finally the cost become unpredictable.

So, if you can hold some stocks in properties sector. This is an opportunity to earn money but very difficult to select the right one. Because some offer is lower than market price. Some properties shares been over value by certain people, some is because loan base higher than value.

So, which one is right one? Please do it some speculating by way of volume done. No encouraging by way of long term.

Back from hospital

Wondering I cannot died after the accident. The doctor said this was a special case . These accident was hit me in suffer ring, unfortunately the impact was happened into my brain and finally accumulated some black blood inside, it was staying inside my brain almost 3 months and luckily I still can survive until 9 of November.

On 9 Nov 2010, Doctor had removed the black blood from my head. Now my hand has some writing problem. Hope it can become normal. Otherwise my career will stop at here.

Malaysia market seem like can touch higher and UEM may become big giant company in KLSE. The second step are consolidation the Highway in the country and make it be a good cash return company. So, it can be continues generated more return from the property.

As far as enough land for people to build his own property.in the country. The properties market will continue strong. So, although government set some bad policy, but population hard to against it because they need stabilization.

Now Is a bad time

Loss of job and further had an accident. Now found that some effect in my body. When can I recover ?

Now another bad effect is i do not how spell a word.

Bad News In Bursa

After last Friday announcement of Budget 2010. Some issues bring share price have an excuse to come down. The big impact on some service need to pay extra. That entertainment have a group of young teenage support. It can brings government lose certain vote on coming general election in the nation.

Furthermore government planning issue of new broking license bring local Financial Institution become over value. The limited or compulsory merging in the past help existing banker enjoy the good benefits. But opening the permit bring future competition and profit will be affected.

The cost of maintenance of wages of public servants still registered high, Government do not have an any good idea to handle it. The main part of payment of wages did not included others benefits. Like medical, supporting, education and training program. Some more they also can use a lot of excuse to organise a trip for survey.

Do you happy on Budget 2010? Personally it do not help me anything, although I have been paid tax in the past 20 years. But now I am become unemployment, What is the above said budget can help me to continue survive. That's not only my question. I have been paid socso long time, what does it help me out on my current situation. But I just well know my contribution already help thousand of family enjoy good benefit on bonus and salary. That's income tax, socso and EPF staffs. Would they consider what is my situation at here? No, that's nothing at all.

At last, next week or ten trading of bursa, I predict that is about 50 points adjustment. Further Gold Price was hit 1388 that also a heavy adjustment on that. So happy trading and careful trading.

NV Multi

The major shareholders going to privatise the NV Multi. The announcement made on last Friday. But I am here wants to advise the minority holders, please accept the offer because that's only a plan for majority to reallocate his assets from wife to son.

Something behind we yet to know but main important is the proposal did not telling us the company going to de-listing. So, the behind story is interesting.

But, all above mentioned is just my little wild opinion. If you wanna to trade for short period, it can cause you lose money on that. If you wants to hold until the offer, it may cause yours holding cost expensive.

After an accident happened on me, my mind and memory now very bad. The most impact on me is my income still zero plus need spending so much of medical expenses. Some more while interview time, keep on criticize by people.

The life expenses become heavy murden on me. On this point of time, If you expected me give more opinion on investment, it's become luxury and impossible.

But some prediction was made on previous by me, like;- gold price shut up to 1300. That was became true. Now, what is yours' target price on Malaysian note against US. My prediction is 2.90. An individual/a person, a family, a society and then a nation. That's a foundation of one country's economic. Without these circle or lose of any important part, that may spoilt certain things.

A country grouped by people who have variety of thinking, education, difference environment and background. Hence, all is difference entity. Hardly to join up together.

So, a person should not pass negative minded to another. A person should not lie to people. A person should not have greedy attitude to control or monopoly earth resources.

Now, stock market have such giant company monopoly certain sources and information. Do they happy grab human resources to satisfying certain people? I hate such GLC because they are totally spoilt the natural of human being relationship chart. They had created a topic and used an excuse to monopoly. It is a myth? One day, I believe the myth tale will burst.

How come some specific fund control certain GLC listed companies always can give good dividend? Although that giant company had announced a bad result. Funny !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sudden died

Almost sudden died on last sunday. A car banged me heavily and I was uncousious immediately. While wake up I was in the hospital wad.

These day was deal with the car driver, She is a young lady and keep on told me she do not have money. But I am quite surprising in their family, they all owned more than three car. Finally she told me she felt wronged on this matter of the accident.

This is not a incident, that's real accident. Because it was happend in the middle of the roundabout. I was drove a bike inside the roundabout and a car suddenly come out from my left side of road and then banged me. She had never stopped her car when reached the road of the roundabout. I think no one expect her came out. I am believe those drive who have good attitude should not did such action as her.

Funny was, she told me I should not claimed as victim. otherwise she would feel wronged. How come I can not introduced myself is a "victim". What did she mean?

So, Please tell me " What is meaning of wronged" Is it I should died on these accident only can help her not feel wronged? or I should erase all my memories with zero claim on medical expenses only can help her feel comfortable.

How come those day young teenage have such thinking? Is it means that certify "a killer should feel wronged with unsuccessful task"? Does he/she can use this feeling aply from court as their defending reason?

Maybe this is a new generation's world, Maybe that is a new guide for me to trade stock. MAYBE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I have most probably sudden died. That's finally give me a new lesson to undeerstand more on youngest. The meaning of wronged interpreted by youngest is " You must silently kill by me, otherwise they will feel wronged" or " If youngest make a mistake, please do not tell them, just walk out with silent"

Thats a total differencely world I and youngest. In my own dictionary, "Wronged" means I did right thing but someone mark as negative on it.

Why they are fighthing?

In Malaysia, those day got 2 politic parties' leaders fight on one issue. They are childhood talk in Facebook and fighting in Twitter. That's make ordinary people felt funny. Actually in current situation, they should try hard to develop our country economic. Is not just wasting so much time on writing note in Twitter to fight each other.

Yesterday PM of Malaysia mentioned he do not want ALIBABA. That;s wrong and misleading. Other group of Malaysian respect the constitution of law and allow some group sitting there with no contribution on effort and then sharing the profit. This is requested by them until today. Furthermore now asking for more because they are 67% of total population in Malaysia.

The NEP and past 50 years Malaysian Project have been created a group of people demand and waiting for distribution of Grandfather Assets. No one create ALIBABA. Just because some one monopoly some jobs with no knowledge do handle it. So that assignment some one to take over. They are happy on such monopoly. So, PM should stop such special allocation and should base on merit and ability of people for awarding such jobs or projects. That's only can forever eliminating such culture. That's no our fault. Is BN Fault? Go back to Cabinet and tell yours people stop such policy immediately. No people interested on Slogan in front of media with no action been taken.

If the policy been amended, we can see such open minded can invite/attract some high technology step in to Malaysia and allow Malaysian have a chance to improve and learn the High quality of skill. So that the high income of population can be achieved. Otherwise, that is another Slogan only.

Share investment become a good game if ignore some bad attitude like ,: Someone always enjoy free sharing of people effort with zero contribution. Pending some projects with a reason is no enough qouta. or pending certain project for approval in 15 years because of individual feel not happy. System delay with no such policy. Thats bad attidtude should be erase it immediately to meet the change.

So, Please our beloved YB should spend more time on that instead of like kids fight in the ground. Otherwise, one day the vote will drop into sea with feeling of sadness.

Can't sleep

Wanted to sleep early, but fail. My mind just think about tomorrow market. Is it can buy some Bolton to keep? Is it can buy equin to speculate?

Wonder a article in paper said still can purchase some China RMB to invest. There is no more good margin on that. The outflow of foreign fund is big and starting transfer to Asean countries. Why still recommended to Buy RMB. Wonder and Surprise.

A serenity life

Wants to build or develop a serenity home not that easy. Be a humble man also not that easy. Buy shares brings me unreasonable and need to against some negative trend. Somehow a lot of people were commented you did wrong on specific one. So that kind of pressure bring your hard to serenity and brings it back home be harmony.

Your mind all stuck by fluctuation of the shares price, follow by the action in crazy. Just telling your are a story, recently a man who stay in my village strike a jackpot about 10 million ringgit. I do not know how his cool down to accept the fortune but a bit respect him so calm and steady.

Shares price brings one person wealth up and down. So that riches man always said he was never buy share and hold some valuable properties and now be a multi millionaire.

So, if you wants to have a serenity life. pls forget the share investment in yours life.

Soon, we can see national election being call in Malaysia. The recent activities done by politician showned some signal, Furthermore little bit of pressure on treasury of government force them call on it. If i am not mistaken, the general election date most probably plan held on end of these year.

So, a high risk of flutuation of stock price and big impact on those speculator in these coming 3 months. if you do not have any holding power to hold it more than 4-6 months. You better stay away from market.

The good price offering by properties must support by stable politic in the nation. If the high price of properties can shut up better than impact of unstable politic. The hazzle be less and profit of properties will sustain.

Every single impact all inter related and cannot be ignore by your own judgement. So, run fast with hit the specific one with big volume and aim for earn marginal profit bring more advantages.

As I was mentioned in the recently post at here. China changed its currency brings more advantages to Asean. Total amount of FDI about 1 trillion going to transfer here. Who has holding a properties in good location will earn double from existing value.

Those who not have any properties in hand should select some properties and keep it until next year for the rally. My current financial situation turn bad, so that hard to take some money enjoy this rally.

If I am a developer, I will lauch project in year 2011 but delay the booking in advance. After six months only start the collection together with fixed the selling price. Potential purchaser happy to chase it at high price becuase the demand is hot.

Developer should collecting some land from now to enjoy the benefit of appreciation of the value. Accounting rule FRS139 helping them earn extra on that and valuation of the company will enhance. So, public listed company which aggressive buying land in the day, there is a good investment stock.

Today local economic news told us, one of new IPO abandon on listed in board. That can be happen because our quota brings such effect. Every new listing require allocate some new shares to specific one, so they need to manipulate certain assets to meet the requirement. Quality become secondary quantity is more important.

IPO give a chance to business man put some useless assets liquidated by way of issue shares. Interview

I have been interview few jobs in last 2 months. Final result was bad. Not disappointed but understand I should change the present address of me. Those head after referring my resume and do not believe I am capable to handler the job. They won't believe that is true and hard to believe a person can survive with strong general knowledge. Maybe they are was born at normal life and have been enjoy the peaceful school life. They are not even know what is the meaning of poor. I do not have strong background as well as rich relatives. I do not stay at High Class Location as well as no Mercedez in Hand. So, why this person holding a high post in the past record. They wondering and surprised because they are only trusted good background and good enviroment only can build a skillfull person. That's my bad point in my life.

In my child life, I had to think about how to survive in the next 24 hours. Home without any more rice and all of my family members should work hard in the day. Otherwise, everyone should prepare suffer the empty stomach in the day. So, I was remembered if salary out 360, after tomorrow just left 50. Most of my colleague complaint me never join them in the lunch. I felt shame but anyhow I should take first prirority in my family members. Others are not important.

A good company with widden view on operating the business. Sometime gain some better status in the market. Why Maxis lose some customers and Why Telekom lose the privilege? They not need suffer in the beginning stage and now still protect by someone. So, is they Good to buy in as investment?

RMB- Currency of China

Recently, China has been changed the currency policy. This effect brought negative to capital market of China. Share price and housing price drop. Since 2005, speculating on currency been started. Now the chances of making money from that has been eliminated. Hot money start transfer out from the country. Soon, we can see property market turn down from high.

Who is benefit from that? I am predict Indonesia and Thailand are the big beneficiary on this circle. Hot money will transfer into the above said countries. Malaysia will enjoy some but not that so direct. Even though the amount is small, but the effects are big.

Malaysia's currency up slowly and now properties market start its rally. Next year, we can see high demand of properties and up to July 2011, the avearaging price will shut up about 30%. Those high class and quality location will shut up about 100% when compared with now.

So, which stocks we should pick in the shares market???????

Positive and negative

Media today reported an article wrote by Financial Time (London) said Malaysia has a big chance to growth out by strong economic. If you read carefully on such statement, actually the writer warns us, we are not aggressive on pushing up our economic.

The write said total FDI from China amounted to 54 billion USD but we only can received about 57million. That is shameful. He further told us country outflow continues strong because of higher valuation of our shares price. It does not brings any attractive to foreigner to choose buy in our shares listed in Malaysia. They prefer Indonesia.

I think the media over estimate or too optimistic on our country economic situation. Most of the people now suffering on inflation but our government still in the dream. Maybe I am pessimistic but why not they doing some survey on that? How many people are suffering on current situation?

Liquidation and bankruptcy

Kenmark had announced they are starting liquidation procedure. What is a difference between bankruptcy and liquidation of the company? That were always brought some misunderstand by ordinary investors.

Liquidation have 2 categories, one is call voluntary liquidation by shareholder, another one is apply by company's debtors. The second one almost same as bankruptcy but not 100% be bankruptcy. Bankruptcy need to apply another procedure to executed and normally handler by insolvency department. Liquidation enforced by debtors usually faster than applying the bankruptcy procedure. Usually debtors will appoint a receiver step in to company to safe guard the specific charged property and 100% protect specific debtors who appointed them. Bankruptcy procedure will handler by insolvency officer and all assets based on specific guidance for distribution to all debtors. The specific assets may not 100% well maintain by officer. Here hard to describe out one by one its law and procedure.
The company also can apply section 176 of company law to restructure it before the liquidation procedure. Because most of the outstanding loan and debts will eliminated by way of restructuring. It will help receiver easy to monitor and control the balance of the assets.

GENM

Genting Malaysia Berhad (Resort World Bhd) was announced Purchase a stake of England Casino from Genting Singapore. Why most of the analysis down grade the company? That's because analysis is a lazy man in the world, they hope people work crazy and earn money for them. They were sitting at there waits for the harvesting by way of gambler. They had beautify their money as investment although they have been done speculating.

Like your are choose a football team, definitely have one winner. If your are choose the right one, you were said the team is strong enough. Otherwise, you are penalise by people said you are gambling.

In these world, everyone hope pay little bit of money and wish gain extra. So, they are starting give instruction to you how to manage the company. Of course, you would said "This is my money, I have my right" . But I wants to tell those people, if your are not happy on that. Please go away and choose another company to invest. Rather than open a big mouth and keep on telling people are wrong. This is wasting yours time.

I am not 100% GENM do such transaction also. But if Genting Malaysia did that maybe they prefer use such funds to pay Genting Singapore instead of roll over the existing loans. So that eventually Genting Malaysia as a holding company of Genting Singapore can escape from any high risk of liquadation of assets. Maybe that is the right move.

In these situation. If I am a shareholder, I will prefer quite and quit. Not like others, continues blame because of small money and further guide someone should do this or do that.

Rapid

A lot of analaysis would like to classified some days, specific months as a bad trading day. I do not like use such theory to identify the trend. If you believed that, I think your lifestyle and daily necessity things all must be branded products. Otherwise you are feeling not comfortable in yours normal life. But such people carrying such burden will feel unsatisfactory all the times.

Every investment, I am just worry the shares price does not move. Up or down never mind, at least telling me it is stil active.

A rapid changes of technology, brings impossible become possible. So if your always set a trap in front of you. You can't move and enjoy the trading. Particuar on certain day not good or not bad, brings you hard to move and think positively on every transaction.

So, please do not apply traditional as excuse to block you mind. Can refer but do not apply on it while your are in the stage of playing a game.

Who hold responsible?

Financial crisis happen in past 2 years ago. Most of the government started some preventive policy to ensure future risk. But they have forget about those valuation corporation's mistake. If S & P never graded those bond as top level. It hard to be happen. Why such responsible been escape?

SC of USA should indicated which bonds graded by them was wrong. Those funds should charged them to recover some losess. Maybe the major sharesholder had overcome such problems and SC of USA pretended or maybe hard to disturb the rich man. USA take action on it will spoilt the image of capitalisation central in the world and indirectly tell entire world they are monopoly.

In the criminal act, one provision said that "if your had killed someone by way of received an instruction. The instructer also bear the same charged on murder."

On the those CDO and CDM issued by USA bank. Who gave them a green light to sell? Who guidance Greece used such technical to covered up loan? Why existing loan no repayment in time can be roll over?

New Blood

Few interview could not success. Feel disappointed and now think to borrow some money for daily expenses. How to use some excuse to borrow some money??? So, be a human being you are better be young. Be a thing you can be old and stable. So, if 3 years ago, you told someone lehman brother going to bankrupt soon. You might get blame and hate.

So, i have been classified that IPO is new blood. Right issue is old bird.

Kick Off

Most of the analysis emphamsised on currency rate to replan your invstments portfolio. Currency war coming soon be a main role in every sector of the economic. No matter how strong the company, it should be able to sell its products in to entire world. Global demand affeted one company revenue and monopoly status. Competitors hard to compete if one company had achieved global status.

Kick off means starting a game, kick you off means kick you out of the game. Am I right? So, do investment must well know all currency movement in the world. Why Japan Yen move up, shares price drop? Why Malaysia riggit up, shares price up? These all question must have good reasons support only can allow you plan your next step of yours investment?

Bad Attitude

I owned a very bad attitude, It was always followed me. Criticise people or matters do not care the current situation as well as do not care about own future. Like those day, I am using Joblink.com apply some jobs. In there, viewed some good post offered by Bursa. Of course, that give me chance to learn more about capitalised market development in Malaysia. On the same time, I had wrote some motes at here criticised Bursa did some mistake on Kenmark. The stupid attitude of me, maybe kill me to have any chance of interview.

Charactere/behaviour of one person always affected individual on investments. Some people gritty on high profit margin and some people like to earn fast money. Everyone should well know about his own ability to adjust it, otherwise this will brings bad impact on your normal life.

Like buy magnum or 4d number, if you spend all in money on one draw and finally the result does not suit yours number. You may suffer in your daily life requirements.

This day busy on apply jobs because my pocket is empty. Bad luck is until now, those employer did not interested to employ me. Maybe I am not Hamsun. Lucky still have some support from friends. They are appreciated my previous helpful on them. So, normal life still can survive. But I think they can't support me forever because they also hae limited sources in hand.

Another Down Trend?

Malaysia share market seems to be reach double top resistance. It could happen anytime on this month. If there is a case. Market index will fall down deeply.

World economic looking a new trend and those government mislead by in hand data. So, China based on that adjusted its RMB policy. Is it a right decision?

Some people thought shares should rebound soon after the world cup festival. That is not a good move because fundamental been affected by difference government policy with difference ideas.

After the world cup over, those Euro countries must come to facts and solve the loan problem again with limited bullet in hands. Economic and attitude of population still depend on government policy to support them with luxury life. If there is continuous, structure of democratic policy will go to end and finally country will control by army force again. The food and resources need to distribution by way of military requirement.

No short trading period of shares can be highlighted for contra game. I hope I am wrong with own thought but really hope have some new ideas to help our world continues peaceful.

North Korea and China

In Malaysia, politician busy on topic of less than 2000 from 48(1) act. Yesterday, Chin and North Korea been brought entire attention on their countries. I have make some assumptions on that:-
a) China Porperty value will collapse
b) China cut off/suspend public listed company in China trading in HK market.
c) US tell China should cancel off all the USD bonds in hand to help them teo restructing the economic.
d) All China companies buying controlling bid in Oversea suspended by China Government due to laundry money affected RMB lose the invalid status.

Sport game excited on certain period of time and faster given you and me a final result. A development of one countries needs a decade or century to built it up. So, hardly tell you I am right or wrong.

Malaysia lose a lot of things because we are enjoying some assets from grand grand parent. So, because of that, a simple law need spend about a week to argue. An article wrote in the newspaper about Kenmark's case. It was claimed Bursa and SC took action too late. I do agree on that. Like last week at here, I was wrote few comments at here. So, what is the right move?

Malaysia bursa regulations and SC Act being provided some preventive on certain unusual transactions but usually hardly to execute it because the power of execution belonging to others enforcement teams. That is a big gap and weakness point.

You are always could read some news in the paper. Some offer by politician to people being hold for few years be no answer as well as no execution. Our government body created so many department to help reduce the unemployment rate. So, this way help country indirectly kick out some talent people and migrate to oversea because of feel frustration on that. Inquality employment created the low standard of performance, they are not even or ever understanding on certain act and issue, so that no action being taken by our lovely government servants who holding on such big power.

So, although the action be taken by SC or Bursa but we always feel that is a "show" only. How many percent can be succeed on the action". It was always query by Malaysian citizen. When a case be taken off due to criminal, normally good chance of charge on it. It was rare be happen the case can be lose, but it has been always happen in Malaysia. Why? Refer back on past few years example like Suremax, Omega and Fountain, Autoway or Union Paper case have gave you clear answer on it and being tell you the guidance. Are you hear those cases now? Can you show me how many people or directors being charged into jail? or maybe you should ask where is the case? When you brought this question to our beloved Minister? He will answer you " let me check first" or "I have to ask my Directors Secreatary of department" or "We do not have any good evident on that case". That was a big pain on most of the faithful investors.

Our Malaysia lawyers happy on that, the delay of case help them earn extra. If we have a law enforce it every criminal/civil case have to fix a certain period for finalizing. I think everyone will feel fair and safe. Otherwise finally like a rich man being built a highway or luxury house but forgotten to use it. When he was died, three word will follow him forever. There is "Waste", "Waste' and "Waste".

Enforcement teams never care about it because they are not understand of the seriously of the case. On this issue, bursa and SC being took action. Normally commercial crime division of the police department should use initiative to prevent some important documents be destroy to help this action can be succeed. So, investors will feel happy and confident on that. Because every single cents earn is legal and fair.

GOOD AcTion Taken BY Bursa & SC

Eventually, Bursa and SC had took action to look after the balance of trading in KLSE. Not success yet but preventing some steal out some funds and transfer to oversea. In Kenmark case, obviously some one loss control of forced sell by bankers trying to grab some money for own use. They are tried hard to earn it for maintain their own assets in hand. Not responsible to public.

I am here not to tell businessman can't earn money but since your are selected public shareholders joining you together. at least you should have little bit responsible. I am also not claimed that every business must success. But at least dare to take it and meet it.

I was involved a business in the past ten years ao. That's a good lesson to me. Finally, my partner play me out and joined someone corner me in bad situaation. But I have to feced it and settle it. At lease I won't corn anybody money with done the bad transaction. All losses being recorded in book.

Shares investment holder should understood one theory. People hard in his life built up his business. When he has plan to offer out some stake to public. Of course, that is not 100% gain business. Some advantages being took off by major shareholders. But at lease do not misued the funds collected from public. Loss business in the unforseen circumatantes is normal, that is your risk and major shareholders should dare to share this kind of risk together.

Borrowing money

I had a bad experience on borrowing. Either lend out or lend in. A lot of people claimed that gambling brought the loan shark into the picture. Why we got loan shark? If there is a case, why our authority never take action. Like today, police enforcement can well know about your transaction in bank with won some money from shares investment. Why they are not capable to attract the same info from bank?

I am believed in the record of transaction, they easily capture such evident to charge them. If we compared with those years, most of the transacion by oral basic. That was hard to be.

Some one told me, gamble can created a lot of illegal activities. Due to that, we should ban it. If one day one fellow buy shares used loan shark money. can we base on this to prevent shares investment? If one day loan shark think to lend you some money to purchase shares, I think you will accept it immediately especially that time your are faced a big loss on big adjustment.

Shares Investment brings benefit as well as also can bring some negative issue. Depend on individual how to adjust it and most important is the attitute on approaching the lose and gain. Similar some one have some stupid idea to play a game, he should not pull gang of people join him because that is out of control.

That's the reason Why last week I was so angry on Bursa and SC approachment on Kenmark issue? Because they were never took some action to prevent someone grab the big money on that. When the company was broke, the trading of shares became unfair to ordinary people and it was brought certain advantages to whoever have inside info, it was brings him standing ahead to control the trading.

This case told me, I am very busy body to interrup some one steal money from public without using a knife. But if I didn't made a warning on that, I think i might feel guilty forever.

Bad thing on me is , pocket money left few hundred only and on this point of time, I have still success gain any new offer to work. BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

World Cup effects

World Cup in this month brings everybody attention on it. If you based on the history record, it was showed that in the special season. Most of the market in the world shown declined. It was an alert on that but can not 100% trusted.

Now, the sport game attracted a lot of big corporations invest on it. The more commercial issue attached on it. The more artificial issue inside the game. People would claimed those company lost the advertisement right in that game as second class corporation. It will affect those corporation lost big contract or less people buying thier products in the future.

Come back to shares investment. Which shares or corporate we should invest after these World Cup festival? In Malaysia, your are lose this opportunities on that because most of the companies listed in Bursa not yet qualify yet. So, go back to Malaysia Fundamental issue is more realistic. Just like our politician now busy on topic of legalise on Football betting Lincese. That is not big deal. As I also mentioned before, not one force another one used in hand knife to kill people. But you are cannot stop people to use as equipment to carry on yours normal life. They are not busy to help develop more international company. They are just happy someone put them in world number ten but never study why we lose some previlage status in the past 20 years. So, everyone knows Malaysia export talent people and import low class resident to help developing our country. Our media also happy on that and continues support them to write such stupid topic to bring or divert attention of most of the ordinary people. Why they never think about how to improve our education system ot transportation systme to improve our quality of life? Why they are not bring people attention on someone trying continues claim 67% of our income?

Share market could not performance well by the above issues. Because the basic needs of the people totally ignore by certain group of people. especially they are holding a big power on that. On that time, we should name ourselve is "NATION" or "SAKAI" again. That is a time we should more understand what is the meaning of "NATION". Some one fears lose control on one company. So, he need to purchase back all the shares from forced selling by bankers. The fluatuation on the shares price bring more chance for speculating. But always remember that is a game for hit and run. Not hold for few weeks or few months.

Speculating should have substancial reason on certain topic or stories to support. Otherwise it can be turn down fast and authorities will step in for trading. It will brings you pay unnecessary cost on that.

Also remember, that company not belongs to you as far as it has been listed in public. Although your are controlled it on this time. One day its should be control by someone else. Enjoy the game and taste the sweet in time before you missed it or lose it.

Now days, insurance broker named it as financial planner, they could tell you should plan ahead your money when you was young. But, most of them has been created a better prospects on your life. Before the Peanut business one day be growth it to big business or before it has been listed at Public. So, in order to avoid people attention and share the profit from same business, business man always keep low profile on it.

Shares Investment is not peanut business. Based on the fees incurred, the capital in hand and knowledge you should have it. 100% or 1000 times higher than peanut business. Now if you wants to join peanut business also difficult because the high demand of commodities brings commodities future market more attractive than shares. if reger that, you can see Coco's price recently been shut up 300% is a good example.

Poor is not equal to you can't buy IPAD, IPHONE or Mobile Phone. But most of the young teenages said that is necessary.and classify it "I am POOR". Without mobile phone in hand means lose his/her's life. Without car tell you I can't survive. Is that poor????

When the wrong interpretion on that, desire rig your minds and tell your step to died corner. So, every insufficient supply to yours needs created tumultuous. So that shares market be tumultuous faster than your minds. Because your needs being controlling you in time. Easy influnce by small matter with small issue.

Maybe they are helping population to obtain the sugar easily? But today the department been sold at public and seems like did not shown any short of demand on that. Why ??????

In the share investment, this brings another impact on that. If basic life created more problem by politician show or politician agenda or maybe a group of people self desire. So, the confident to purchase on shares will lose. The power of spending will lose. The time consuming to buy daily necessity will increase.

In this case , reporter said these company with in hand cash about 2miilion but also have outstanding loan registered at about 100 milion and media report also highlighted they have never short paid any bills and been paid the debt in time. Why EON bank have such right to take over the management? Who did wrong on this case? Why employee cannot continue the operation in their duties? Is it someone use this as an execuse to take the big benefit from these transaction by way of spreading such bad rumous?

So, in order have some clear and fair identify report on the above issue. WhyBursa never stop the trading of shares immediately and rejected someone obviously step in to interven? Why allowed the shares price shut down to 6 cents and up 400% in one and half days with big transactions. Who should hold such responsible on those people been force selling by margin call?

I am believe it is a dangerous game in shares investment. and whoever buy stocks should bear own risk. But, If someone use the bankers' loans to manipulated Kenmark's shares price with the same banker who was did forced selling to others customers. Why they are not giving a chance to existing shareholders to buy more to average down the shares price? Why must give to someone who is new holders in these company? Is it someonehave more power and status than others. So, all these query depend by Bursa and SC to clarify it. Ordinary people not right and no way to obtain such information. MACC should open a file to investigate these case to maintain the fair trading in bursa.

Now, subsidy issue be hot topic in Malaysia. Some commentted still need such support and some said should delete it. Actually recall back some history in others country. So, whoever critizies the license for controlling items actually should asked himself. Is he been enjoy big profit by others way? If not, Why he is now cornerring ordinary population to fight with minister with puprosely make sugar supply in shortage. That is totally unfair to us.

Big Tycoon control all benefits

Kenmark gave a chance to some riches man. They had used this opportunity to corner the shares and make a big gain on that. This is all SC fault becuase if there take action suspended the trading immediately, that were not happen.

So, whoever sold it out during the down trend had sufferred the big lose. It was created the unfair trading circumtance in this case. Law should imposed that the management been took over by lender or BOD members lose the controlling with big outstanding loan, That should immediately suspend until the new proposal been adopted. New holders should deal with major shareholder directly follow by immediately announcement instead of grab all minority benefit with unusual trading. After all excersive been closed deal and done , thats's only allow the said company to re open trading again in the public market.

Otherwise, some big tycoon use this opportunity to collect and manipulate the price. Bankers lose by margin call, minor shareholders confuse by all transaction.

Independent Director

Listed company have many of independent directors. No one know were they have any ablities? That is waste company paid some fees to them. Some more quota tell us should follow specific guideline to appoint them. It is brings company in dangerous with inablities.

So, if one of the independent director in the directors' meeting, keep on telling executive directors stop doing illegal transaction. The result brings him in the next AGM will not be re appoint by major shareholders who normally is that executie director. Hence, independent directors usually keep silent on all trasaction in the company although they are knowing some bad things inside the company. That is bad culture in most of the listed company.

So, one company having a big loan with bank by inadequate business, normally the interest payable easily highlighted in the statement as well as in the cash book of company. SC and Bursa should imposed a new law to bind public listed company, "If one company failed paying minimum interest on certain loan. Bankers or lender compulsory own a right to make a statement/announcement in bursa. That will force some executive directors hold a responsible to report to BOD's members and indirectly bring independent directors must have certain responsible on that. Otherwise independent directors always like a toys and in function all the time in the company. Not like now, all of them used the best excuse is "I do not aware!!!!" and easily avoid all responsible.

If one day, rule allow minority interest appoint new independent director in to company. That is best because he will not worry any reappointment subject to one or two person's wish. Because minority will happy he/she carry the watch dog job to look after company's interest. So, we hope SC should change rule and law to allow 10% minimum stakeholders have right to appoint 2 or three independent directors in every public listed company and major shareholders rights on such agenda of appointment of independent directors should recorded as "void and zero". So, although fees of directors maybe higher than normal but that is valueable.

Are You Trying to Bully Me???

A politician told media reporter, Everyone now trying hard to bully him because he had appointed his son be Deputy Minister. In fact, if someone bully me as such way. I do not mind. He was gave several reasons told reporter. Such appointment is correct and fair. Whoever criticizer on it that bring discrimination on him or has attach some specific agenda.

If the explanation acceptable by above reasons. That is because in that society have no more capable or suitable person. So, he is no choice and force to do such way. But referring on it, someone have good experience been kick off by this restructuring of cabinet. So, is that someone really want to bully him?? That is big big question.

On the some time, that person who holding big funds/power in hand and can receive good benefit from ordinary people telling us his is getting bully by us. That is ridiculous. He should tell us he has such power to do that without any reference. Maybe more reasonable and acceptable.

Use population funds to appoint someone his like it. That is misuse of power and indirect telling us, "we are all stupid". Please do not forget, appointment on him just a group of people. That is not enough and unofficial. He has not certifying by population of Malaysia. Please be careful on his word before made such comments. If he feel confident on such appointment. He should ask that person resign the Parliament seat and face a challenge against. He should able to understand "Is that people really want to bully him?" No only him, all cabinet's minister should go arround Malaysia and obtain such certificate to approve. No like now, one person say so and keep on telling us " He has done the correct choice". That is bully us and waste nationality resources by unreasonable way. Some more ask us should accept it by way of silent. That is funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That above case told us, Malaysia now stepping into unreasonable corner. So that SC and Bursa allow Kenmark continue trading although well know that is bankrupt. The earning and business of Kenmark is negative. So allow its can continue trading indirectly encourage investors collect rubbish in hand. Actualy, That above 2 company owned the monopoly business in Malaysia and the premium was paid higher than market value, it was reasonable. So, on the other hand, if you wants plan to buy over one company with full competition market. It hard to identify the market price and hardly to identify the future. The core business totally difference and hard to use it as compare.
